At the link you mentioned (https://bikeindex.org/stolen), there isn’t a place for me to order a sticker. At the BikeIndex store you sell packs of stickers, but I just want one: https://bikeindex.myshopify.com/

Do you know if there are bike stores in Seattle that sell single stickers? It would be a great way to spread the work about Bike Index, support the store and you, and possibly deter theft.
