Behold! This is first ever Bike Index newsletter. At some point - it might have been a long time ago - you signed up to receive updates about Bike Index.
If you're not interested in receiving this email, scroll to the bottom and unsubscribe. We won't be offended. Our goal is to only send you email you want to receive, but, we also have cool things to tell you about. So, follow along.

Lemonade insurance is now in 15 states: California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Georgia, Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island. If you sign up with Lemonade through the link above, you can choose Bike Index to be a charity of choice. When we started working with Lemonade last year they were only operating in three states. So if they're not where you live yet, keep an eye out because they'll be there soon.

We have launched our new Bike Index Ambassadors program! If you spend time promoting us around town and would like official support, then this is the program for you. Read more about it here and here to see if becoming a Bike Index Ambassador is something that would be right for you. Ambassadors get discounted Bike Index gear and can request quick support from us at any time.

Summer is officially upon us. If you are interested in hosting a Bike Index registration drive, respond to this email and we will hook you up with some materials.
If you know of an organization - bike shop, police department, advocacy group, girl scout troup, etc - point them in the direction of our organization signup page. We're always looking for new partners and innovative theft protection ideas. (And we have open ad space on our site).
In addition, as the summer rush crashes down, we will be prioritizing support and service to Bike Index donors. While we will still answer everyone's questions, we will answer those of donors first.
Bike Index is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and we operate mostly on donations. We've helped recover some 4,600 stolen bikes, but sometimes these bikes cost thousands of dollars and we get no donation in return. Help us help other bike owners and theft victims! Think of how many more bikes we could recover with your donation 😊.
