Found stolen bike listed on BikeIndex on Craigslist. What now?

Police seem uninterested. Why am I not surprised? I would like to contact the owner/reporter. Can you forward a message or put us in contact? Really want to get this cool bike returned.

Deputy finally got back to me. He said according to all LE databases he uses, XPUS0206213XL does not come back as stolen. Was it previously stolen and recovered and not updated?

Any idea what’s going on with this bike? It’s still listed on BI as stolen, but local law enforcement says they have no record of the police report and don’t consider it stolen.
