Register bike allows skipping secondary color with tertiary color

Found a little UI bug on the bikes/new page: the Tertiary color can remain visible after removing a Secondary color.

Steps to reproduce (STR)

1. Click Primary frame color > + Add a color
2. Click Secondary color > + Add a color
3. Click Primary frame color > - Remove color

Expected result: When there’s two additional colors, removing one of them removes the tertiary option
Actual result: When there’s two additional colors, removing one of them removes the secondary option and leaves the tertiary option available

Good catch! That’s something that should be fixed, you’re right
